New Yorkers for Culture & Arts Public Policy Platform

Beginning in 2019, New Yorkers for Culture & Arts (NY4CA) held a series of discussions across the boroughs, convening hundreds of cultural organizations and arts workers to determine the policy concerns impacting their ability to work and thrive. This is a working document offering a snapshot of the policies that can lay the foundation for a sustainable, equitable, and thriving arts and culture sector.
